LONDON & DUBAI – The Global Alliance for Artificial Intelligence (GAFAI) and Genesis Conferences and Seminars Organizing FZCO (Genesis) today announced a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to accelerate ethical, inclusive, and human-centered artificial intelligence worldwide. The collaboration unites GAFAI’s leadership in AI governance with Genesis’ expertise in global knowledge-sharing platforms.
Under the agreement, the organizations will co-develop programs across four key pillars:
- AI Research & Innovation
- Ethics & Governance Frameworks
- Education & Public Outreach
- Social-Impact Initiatives

Key Collaboration Features:
- Co-Branded Activities: Joint events, publications, and digital campaigns promoting ethical AI.
- Resource Sharing: Controlled access to datasets, experts, and facilities via structured requests.
- Governance: A Joint Steering Group will oversee initiatives, meeting biannually.
The MoU, effective immediately, runs for three years with automatic annual renewals. All activities will adhere to strict data protection standards (GDPR, UAE PDPL) and GAFAI’s Code of Conduct.
